286/366 | The Red Dot
On my way to Whole Foods this morning, I stopped off at Burden Gardens (where else?) to see if the juvenile Hummingbird was still there. My goal to photograph him feeding from all nine flower varieties will likely not happen. He seems to prefer the porterweed and cigar plant exclusively. But I was happy to see his gorget starting to appear. The little guy is growing up. I'll probably go out there every day until he leaves, or I get tired of shooting him. Is that possible? Stay tuned :)
