Boude (pronounced 'boo DAY') is a Cajun term meaning "to pout" or "be angry." I noticed with the mature male Eastern Bluebirds they are more prone to show aggression or dominance at the feeders. The interaction between these two is comical because the one on the right looks really mad and the one on the left is like "Why you mad, bro?"
