A couple weeks ago I planted milkweed. Today I was pulling weeds and noticed a caterpillar feasting on it. Upon further investigation, I found a total of five Monarch cats. So I decided to do a butterfly project again. Monarchs are in peril and the caterpillars can be easily picked off by birds and other predators. I still had my vented container from four years ago, so I put them in there for safety and look forward to raising them again.
