A peaceful gathering was held by the governor's mansion to protest our governor's extension of the business restrictions. Christian music and patriotic songs were blaring, all manner of signs and slogans held high, and at least one-hundred decorated cars drove up and down the street blowing their horns. We started by kneeling on the grass in prayer. There were many good, faithful Christian people at the local level of government and business owners who gave impassioned speeches. Personal stories of loss, as well as jokes were shared. Jesus' name was lifted the entire time which caused me to become emotional. And when it was all over, not one piece of trash was left on the ground. Very, very proud of our residents.
