Returned to Burden Gardens this morning and was blessed with great light. I brought the 7D Mark II with the 100-400 II lens and the 5D Mark III with the 100mm macro lens. Checked dates/times on both cameras and all looked good. For the sunflowers I used the Mark III. I tried to get the Mississippi Kites with the longer lens, but struck out. Still not feeling good about the 7D Mark II.
When I downloaded the images, the memory card for the Mark III showed the prior day's date, even though today's date is in the camera settings. I'm not sure what is going on there, but it's frustrating that dates are not reading correctly in Lightroom.
All that aside, I decided to have a little fun and add some whimsy to this project. Have a blessed Sunday, y'all!
