Back to the Old Louisiana State Capitol Building. This time I wanted to focus on the spiral staircase spindles. I brought the 100mm and 35mm lenses with me. The 35mm wide open at f/2.8 looked the best out of the bunch, so I was glad I threw it into my backpack at the last second. Because the banister is curved, it was hard to get the image straight. Concentrating on the large pole behind the railing was a good guide. I loved the bits of stained glass bokeh beyond the keyholes. This is truly a grand place and I highly recommend touring this historical building should you ever find yourself in Baton Rouge.
